Thank you for shopping at Howard D. Happy Co. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

Returns with an original register receipt, packing slip, invoice or order confirmation:

Office Supplies: In its original unaltered condition, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable: Special Order/Custom items cannot be returned unless damaged upon receipt. Due to safety concerns edible items cannot be returned unless damaged upon receipt. Edible items include but not limited to: Coffee, KCups, creamer, sugar, water, candy, snacks, etc.

Furniture: Non-returnable unless damaged upon receipt.

Howard D. Happy Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
