Our staff of factory trained service technicians provide technical support and repair service for each office machine we sell. Our computer service technicians are constantly reviewing the latest technology and updating their computer repair training certifications to sustain their ability to install and maintain Microsoft and Novell computer networks. Our up-to-date line of Toshiba Digital Copiers and Facsimile machines can be connected to existing computer networks to gain the greatest benefit and efficiency from the complete office system.

It has long been a policy at the Howard D. Company that each customer’s machine will be repaired in the customer’s office to minimize downtime. If it becomes necessary to move the machine to our service facility for repair, we provide loaner machines at no additional charge allowing your business to continue without interruption. Our parts inventory is constantly monitored by computer to insure that an adequate stock of office machine parts is available.

We are pleased to offer all-inclusive maintenance contracts to keep your office equipment operating at optimum performance levels. We believe that our service contracts provide the best in total machine care by guaranteeing that only top quality supplies and parts go into your copier or fax machine.
